Return Policy:

We are proud to offer one of the best return policies in the industry. If you're not happy with your item for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date for an exchange or a refund of the purchase price excluding our shipping and handling costs. Some of our products are offered with free shipping, so please be aware that if you return one of these products, our actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your return refund. In addition, some of our items carry a restocking fee which will be deducted from your refund should you wish to make a return.

For health-related reasons, we cannot accept returns on gum, candy or food products.

All returned products must be in original condition and packaging; otherwise, additional charges may be applied. Unfortunately, we cannot take returns of products that have been assembled or modified. Additionally, certain products cannot be returned because neither we nor our suppliers can take them back; this will be clearly marked on the product's sale page. If you need additional information our would like to return a product, please call us and we will guide you through our easy return process.

Note: do NOT accept damaged goods from a shipping company. Please refuse the delivery and call our office immediately. Hidden damages must be reported within two days of receiving an item

Manufacturer Warranty

Many of our products are backed and governed by a manufacturer's warranty. All warranty situations will be handled by the manufacturer, and are subject to any changes put forth by the manufacturer. If you have any questions regarding a particular product's warranty, please don't hesitate to contact us.

All of our vending machines are for indoor use only, unless otherwise stated. Placing machines outdoors and exposing them to rain and humidity may nullify the manufacturer warranty and our return policy.
